Each of the entries into our warehouse goes through a strict quality control process. However, if something goes wrong, we are fully accountable to you under the following provisions:

Confirmation must be made within 48 hours after receipt of the package. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

Send clear photos of the defective goods to our email.

All our products undergo quality checks before shipping.

Returned goods must be in original condition, unused, with brand tags, plastics, and complete packaging.

Returns apply only to defective items. We do not accept returns for reasons such as color differences, style mismatch, or size issues. Please check carefully before purchasing.

Defective goods will be replaced with the same model and color only. Replacement with another model is not possible unless the same item is out of stock.

No money-back policy: Returns are for replacement only. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the product is damaged or if the wrong product has been shipped.
Refunds will be provided only in the following cases:

Packages lost in transit.

In case Kamila Jewellery mistakenly ships a wrong item.
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

Incorrect address format (including PO Box).

After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier partners.
